She posted top 10 finishes in National Time Trials, Road Race and Criterium Championships from 1995 to 2004.

In 2013 she won the Elite Women’s 37.9 km race at the Ontario Criterium Cycling Championship in Toronto, as a member of her Sabino Cycles Racing team out of Tucson, Arizona.  She was the Chair of Ontario Cycling Association Development Committee from 2005 to 2007.  For over 25 years Chloe has dedicated her life to the sport of cycling and in retirement, has transitioned from a pro cyclist to sharing her love and passion for the sport.

She has her Level 2 NCCP (National Coaching Association of Canada) and coached the Team USA Men’s Paralympic Tandem team to a World Championship and to a spot on the London 2012 Paralympic Team.
