Peterborough Petes 2016 Pink in the Rink Sweater
Saturday February 6th marked the 7th annual Peterborough Petes “Pink in the Rink” campaign. Setting a goal $85,000 they surpassed that by more than $12,000, with early totals showing $97,035 raised for the Canadian Cancer Society!
The Hall of Fame displayed the game night sweater before the game and during the intermissions. Many fans ventured into the Hall to get an ‘up close and personal look’, many taking photos and pointing out the names of their honoured loved ones; names that ringed the bottom of the sweater.
Congratulations to the Petes organization for making this a very memorable evening.
