Don Wasson Receives Rotary Award

Don “Red” Wasson was recognized by the Rotary Club of Peterborough as a 2015 Paul Harris Fellow Award recipient.   As past chairman of the Peterborough & District Sports Hall of Fame, Don was honoured for his outstanding ‘Service to our Community’ at the Peterborough Golf & Country Club November 23, 2015.  His 25 plus years of leadership and dedication in bringing Peterborough’s Hall of Fame to the level of excellence our community currently enjoys was showcased by Rotarian Rick Storey at the awards dinner.
The Paul Harris Fellow Award is named in honour of Harris, the founder of Rotary International.
