Condolences to the family of Sally Graham on the death of her Dad, Arnold Graham

Our sympathies are extended to Peterborough & District Sports Hall of Fame Inductee, longtime board member and volunteer Sally Graham (1985) and her family on the passing of her father, Arnold Graham on May 2, 2025. He was in his 100th year.

Mr. Graham was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Air Force, serving as a gunner during World War II. He was awarded, in March of this year, his 80 years of service award in a special ceremony put on by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 77, and attended by many dignitaries. Arnold was the oldest living veteran of Branch 77! He and his brothers, the “Lakefield Seven”, all served in the war, and all came home alive. Mr. Graham often joined us at the Hall of Fame during our Remembrance Day display, where we have been honoured to display the uniformed photo of he and his brothers.

To Sally, her brother Paul, and their families, please accept our sincere condolences.
