Hannah Darling Proudly Displays Her Rio Olympic Bronze Medal

Hannah Darling, member of the Canadian women’s sevens rugby squad, was honoured Thursday August 25 by the Peterborough Lakers for her bronze medal performance at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.  Prior to the Lakers game, Hannah was the guest of honour at a reception at the Peterborough & District Sports Hall of Fame.  She was greeted by her many fans who wanted to congratulate her, hear her stories and see her new medal.  Darling, from Warsaw, ON  posed for photos, signed autographs and shared a few Olympic tales.
