Remembering A.L. (Arnie) Dugan

Dugan_ArnieThe Peterborough & District Sports Hall of Fame extends condolences to the family of Arnie Dugan. Mr. Dugan was inducted into the Hall in 1984 for his accomplishments in the sports of  lacrosse and hockey. He passed away at the age of 86 on September 11, 2015 in Port Alberni, British Columbia.

Arnie, also a member of the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame, won the Mann Cup with the Peterborough Timbermen in 1951, with the Nanaimo Timbermen in 1956 and with the Victoria Shamrocks in 1957.

Our thoughts are with Mr. Dugan’s family at this time.
