PDSHOF Member Elaine Devlin Inducted to Sam Houston State University Hall of Honor

Congratulations to Hall of Famer Elaine Devlin on being inducted to the Sam Houston State University Sports Hall of Honor February 22, 2014. She is their softball’s all-time pitching leader with a 0.62 earned run average. Devlin was Gulf Star Conference Player of the Year in 1986 and an All-Conference and All-Region selection. She pitched the Bearkats to the 1986 conference championship and second place in 1987. Elaine went to Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Texas on a scholarship.
