Inductee Fraser Dunfield celebrates his 100th birthday

The Peterborough & District Hall of Fame extends congratulations and best wishes to Fraser Dunfield as he celebrates his 100th birthday January 28th, 2017.  Although Mr. Dunfield was involved in hurdles, swimming, softball and hockey as a youth, it was his prowess in golf that was the sport for which he was inducted into the Hall in 1993.  Mr. Dunfield received an Honorary Life Membership at Kawartha Golf & Country Club in 1977, the club he joined in 1936, and as of last season was still playing 3 times per week!
